Shipping policy
GENERAL CONDITIONS
All our products are shipped via NACEX, and take between 1 and 2 working days to reach their destination, for orders whose delivery is in mainland Portugal. Delivery to the islands takes up to 5 business days. Deliveries to Europe take between 4 to 10 business days after dispatch.
All orders submitted by 12:00 GMT on working days will be dispatched the same day. Orders submitted after 12:00 GMT will be processed and shipped the following business day.
If you are not at the address when your order is delivered, a notice will be left to contact the carrier.
Within Portugal (Mainland) we charge €6.49 for orders under €100.00 + VAT.
For the Islands the value will be
€12.50 for orders up to 50 kg
€35.00 for orders from 50 to 100 Kg
€70.00 for orders from 100 to 300 Kg
Shipping costs to other countries vary depending on the product to be ordered. Please contact us to receive a quote.
Note: When finalizing the order, our system allows you to choose a different delivery address. This is useful if you want to send a certain order to a different address than usual, for example, to your place of work.
All products are checked before dispatch by one of our employees.
Orders are not delivered on holidays or weekends.
It is not possible for us to deliver to PO Boxes.
FREE DELIVERY
In Portugal (Mainland) orders equal to or greater than €100 + VAT do not pay shipping costs.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Our store is prepared to automatically calculate shipping costs and to process orders for the main destinations in Europe.
If you are unable to receive a quote directly through the website, please contact us by email geral@omnya.pt to receive a quote for shipping costs. Please remember that your country may apply taxes and customs fees to ordered products. These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
