Refund policy

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

In the case of an exchange, the customer must communicate his intention within 15 days of receiving the order. In order to proceed with the exchange, the following conditions must be met:

-The product cannot contain marks or evidence of having been used;
-The product must have all the labels, as well as the original packaging intact;
-It will have to be accompanied by the receipt of purchase (which follows together with the order).

If none of these conditions are met, no exchange will be made and the item will not be returned to the customer.
Shipping costs in the case of exchanges will always be borne by the customer, and the cost of shipping will be refunded in the cases described below:

-When the product has a defect not caused by the Customer;
-When the product is different from the one purchased by the Customer;
-When the item is a different size than the one ordered.

In the cases described above, Omnya Hotel Equipments will advise the customer of the best way to send the order and will exchange it for the correct product. If the respective product is not in stock, the customer can choose to exchange it for a product similar in price or we will refund the value of the product and the respective shipping costs. Any other situation outside these parameters must be communicated via email to geral@omnya.pt or by telephone 221 141 278, and it will be analyzed by management.
