Shipments

GENERAL CONDITIONS

All our products are shipped via NACEX or SEUR, and take between 1 and 2 business days to reach their destination, for orders delivered to mainland Portugal.

Deliveries to the islands take up to 5 business days. Deliveries to Europe take between 4 and 10 business days after dispatch.

All orders submitted before 12:00 GMT on business days will be dispatched the same day. Orders submitted after 12:00 GMT will be processed and dispatched the next business day.

If you are not at the address when your order is delivered, a notice will be left to contact the carrier.

Within Portugal (Mainland) we charge shipping costs of €6.49 for orders under €24.99 + VAT.

For the Islands the value will be

€12.50 for orders up to 50 kg

€35.00 for orders from 50 to 100 kg

€70.00 for orders from 100 to 300 kg

Shipping costs to other countries vary depending on the product being ordered. Please contact us for a quote.

Note: When you complete your order, our system allows you to choose a different delivery address. This is useful if you want to send a particular order to a different address than usual, for example, to your workplace.

All products are checked before being dispatched by one of our employees.

Orders are not delivered on holidays or weekends.

We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

FREE DELIVERY

In Portugal (Mainland) orders equal to or greater than €25.00 + VAT do not pay shipping costs.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Our store is prepared to automatically calculate shipping costs and process orders to the main destinations in Europe.

If you are unable to receive a quote directly from our website, please contact us at geral@omnya.pt to receive a shipping quote. Please note that your country may apply customs duties and expenses to the products ordered. These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
